Structure


The mechanical stabilization system is a high-tech four-axis, and has been designed to be very robust and at the same time very light.

The structure is almost completely in aluminum, with some parts in steel, such as bearings and rotation axes. The numerically controlled square section tubes allow the cables to pass inside, eliminating interference due to transmitting equipment for maritime use, close to satellite antennas.

In this way the stabilization system is very functional and technologically very advanced.

 

The simplicity and rationality of these antennas is a factor that distinguishes us all over the world.

Changing the BUC, for example from 4W to 8W can become a big problem for a balanced antenna, where adding even ten grams can compromise the total functioning of the system. Navisystem engineers have completely eliminated this problem, placing the BUC directly on the vertical column, where it can be easily accessed without ever compromising the operation of the antenna even with BUC of considerable power.

 

Regarding the LNBs mounted on board the VSAT Navisystem antennas, they can be PLL, two or four bands. Our systems are very flexible with respect to the many needs of the market.

The automatic polarizer from -90 ° to + 180 ° allows you to receive the signal of any satellite from any position on earth (excluding the two poles). Furthermore, the satellites can be programmed with vertical or horizontal TX, and copolar or cross polar reception. Polarization can be linear or circular.

The Dual Band KU-KA systems can operate at the same time in the KU band in linear polarization and in the KA band in circular polarization. This is possible thanks to Navisystem technology, unique in the sector at the moment. Even VSATs that have already been sold can be converted to bi-band in just ten minutes. The new bi-band system will be very useful for future satellite communications. Navisystem technology will allow for increasingly advanced systems.

Control unit

The Sat 105 control unit allows the storage of twelve satellites. The digital display allows you to monitor all the antenna functions, view the pointing status, the chosen satellite (name and position), the signal level and the gyro connection.

V-SAT Navisystem antennas are not only automatic like other products on the market and allow connection even when the signal is weak. The control unit in fact also allows manual aiming when the automatic tracking is not able to work regularly due to the signal being too low. In fact, manual aiming may be necessary in the event of adverse weather conditions, any obstacles between the antenna and the satellite or when you are at the coverage limits.

Multiservice

Today, in our opinion, buying a VSAT that only offers Internet service is a waste. In fact, our technology provides for a much more complete use of satellite antennas: a single VSAT Navisystem can in fact also offer satellite TV reception, live Meteosat and, in the future, other services as well.

360 ° guaranteed services

With a pair of multiservice antennas and the use of a Navisystem patented exchange system, called AB-BOX, it is possible to eliminate the classic problems of obstacles on yachts and ships.
The advantages are important because by purchasing only two antennas we can guarantee two services on 360 °. Without our innovations, four antennas with two exchange systems and much higher costs would be needed, and the installation of only two antennas solves problems of space, aesthetics and installation.

Radome

Navisystem radomes are the most compact on the market and allow you to make the most of the space on board. With the same dish, our radomes take up to 20% less space.

In addition, the color of the radome can be customized to match your boat. Just provide the RAL code and the desired customization to receive a quote. In this way you will receive the antenna ready for installation and without any risk of signal reduction due to unsuitable colors.

 

Installation

The installation is very simple and fast thanks to the “Plug and Play” connectors. In just two hours, a technician can wire a Twin system and activate the devices without the need to do any programming.

 

Support

The assistance on our products has been carried out remotely for years. Thus, service technicians, from their headquarters, can reprogram, update the firmware, change satellites or frequencies for tracking, anywhere in the world in a few minutes.
